Linedata is seeking an organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Administrator to support our Boston office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace environment, coordinating office activities, supporting senior leaders, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
As a key member of our team, you'll interact with employees, executives, visitors, and vendors while helping deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and administration
• Welcome visitors and support a professional office environment
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, facilities requests, and conference room logistics
• Arrange catering and food orders for meetings and special events
• Coordinate employee events, celebrations, holiday gatherings, and office activities
• Support onboarding activities for new employees and visitors
• Arrange travel and process expense reports for senior leaders
• Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in office administration, executive support, workplace experience, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
